Motorcycle Tank Light – Genuine Harley Davidson Parts!

I found tank at an Architectural salvage shop and new it would make a great show piece.  The tank has some obvious ‘history’.  The previous owner put a few dents in the tank, and then he (she?) put on the bullet hole stickers.  I did not want to change the authenticity of the item, so I cleaned it up the best I could, and gave it a light buff and a wax.  Still has original scratches and signs of wear.  Any rider knows that a bit of ‘road wear’ shows up on all bikes that get out of the garage on a regular basis.   I don’t have any history on this tank, but the wear alone shows this tank has put in a few miles.  All the more Bona Fide!
