Chicken Gate – Welcome to the Livestock Yard

We had a problem with Mooney Blue wanting to play with the Chickens, so we fenced of the ‘Livestock Yard’ to keep little man out. “LIVESTOCK” is a Suburban Farmer term that really just means “a couple of chickens and a bee hive,,,,”

We found some pre-made fence sections at the Eco-Store, and completed teh run with a few more from Lowes. I could not find a gate latch I liked, so I made my own.

Here is the initial problem. Mooney Blue.
Solution: nice little garden fence. (Mr. MB is part Basset Hound, so jumping is not his forte)
